1. Authorized Users

Access to the Portal is strictly limited to individuals who have been invited or approved by Full Circle Wins. Unauthorized access is prohibited. You must not:

• Share your login credentials with any other person
• Allow others to access the Portal using your account
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or areas of the Portal for which you have not been authorized

2. Purpose of the Portal

The Portal is a confidential client reporting tool provided by Full Circle Wins to its internal team members and designated clients. All data, reports, and content accessible through the Portal are confidential and are the property of Full Circle Wins and/or its named clients.

3. Acceptable Use

By using the Portal, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Download, copy, forward, or reproduce any reports or data without prior written permission from Full Circle Wins
• Use Portal content for any purpose outside of the scope authorized by Full Circle Wins
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Portal or its underlying systems

4. Intellectual Property

All content accessible through the Portal — including reports, data, designs, and analytics — is the proprietary information of Full Circle Wins and its clients. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of or a license to any intellectual property beyond the right to view and use the Portal for its intended purpose.

5. Account Termination

Full Circle Wins reserves the right to suspend or revoke your access to the Portal at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, end of a client relationship, or internal staffing changes. Upon termination, your right to access the Portal ceases immediately.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Portal is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Full Circle Wins makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data and reports accessible through the Portal.

7. Limitation of Liability

Full Circle Wins shall not be liable for any decisions made, actions taken, or losses incurred based on information accessed through the Portal. Use of the data and reports is at your sole discretion and risk.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Michigan.

9. Changes to These Terms

Full Circle Wins may update these Terms at any time. Active users will be notified of material changes via email or in-Portal notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
