This Privacy Policy describes how Full Circle Wins ("FCW," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you access our client reporting portal (the "Portal"). By using the Portal, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

When you register or sign in to the Portal (including via Google Sign-In), we collect:

Name and email address
Company or organization name
Login activity and session data (e.g., timestamps, access logs)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely for the following purposes:

Authentication and account access — to verify your identity and grant access to the Portal
Dashboard assignment — to associate your account with the correct client reporting data
Internal communications — to send relevant notifications (e.g., Slack alerts for task updates related to your account)

3. What We Do Not Do

Full Circle Wins is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not:

Sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties
Use your information for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to providing the Portal

4. Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

Data is retained for as long as your account remains active. If your account is deactivated or terminated, we will retain your data only as long as necessary for legal or operational purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.

5. Cookies and Sessions

The Portal uses session cookies solely for authentication purposes — to keep you securely logged in during your session. We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. Session cookies are temporary and expire when you close your browser or log out.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Request access to the personal information we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Request deletion of your personal information
